As part of the investigation into the death of Michael Kelly on the 15th September 2011, two men in their early 20's are due to appear before the Special Criminal Court this morning the 21st September, 2012

Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Michael Kelly on the 15/9/11 have this morning 6/2/12 arrested two men (both in their 20’s) in connection with this investigation.
Both men were arrested in North County Dublin and are currently being detained under 30 Offences against the State Act 1939 at Ballymun Garda Station.
Investigations are continuing.

Gardai in Coolock are investigating a shooting that occurred on Marrsfield Avenue, Clongriffin at approximately 1.15pm on the 15th September 2011.
