A male in his 30’s arrested on Friday, the 28th September 2012 under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 is expected to appear before Dublin District Court No.44 (Bridewell) tomorrow morning Saturday October 6th 2012.
He is to be charged in connection with this investigation.

Gardai are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting incident which occurred on the 28th of September 2012. At approximately 255pm a male aged in his 30s was shot a number of times in a house on Cloverhill Road, Ballyfermot. He was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The scene is preserved for a full forensic and technical examination and the State Pathologist has been notified. An incident room has been established at Ballyfermot Garda Station.

Update – Murder investigation Ballyfermot 28th September 2012
A male aged in his 30s has been arrested in Dublin tonight (28/9/2012) by Gardai investigating a fatal shooting at Cloverhill road earlier today.
He is currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, at Ballyfermot Garda Station.
