Court Appearance - Cork Assault

A man in his 30s will appear at a sitting of Cork District Court at 10.30am on the 6th May 2012, charged in relation to a serious assault on the 4th of May at Kerryhall Road in the city.

A second man, who is in his 50s, was released without charge this evening and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
