Fatal Shooting in Ardee, Louth on the 29/10/10 - Arrest

Gardai in Ardee investigating the fatal shooting of Stephen Hanaphy (aged 20) and an aggravated burglary which occurred in the Sliabh Breagh Estate on 29th October 2010 have arrested a 23 year old man.

The arrest took place this morning 13th March 2012 in Drogheda and the man is detained at Dundalk Garda Station under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
