Gardaí have arrested a 32 year old man in relation to this seizure.
He was arrested early this afternoon, Saturday 10th March 2012, in the Finglas area and is detained under section 2 of the Drug Trafficking act at Finglas Garda Station.

As a result of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Finglas area Gardaí searched a house on Ratoath Avenue yesterday evening, Friday 9th March 2012.
During the course of this search cannabis resin, crack cocaine and ecstasy with a potential street value of approximately €500,000 was seized - pending analysis.
A substantial amount of cash was also seized.
No arrests were made and investigations are continuing.
This operation was conducted by a combination of units at Finglas Garda Station.
