Four Arrests for the murder of Graham McNally on the 20/1/09

Gardai in Finglas investigating the murder of Graham McNally on the 20th January 2009 at Cold Winters, Finglas have arrested 4 people this morning, the 1st June 2012.

The 4 people, 3 males and 1 female, were arrested in the Finglas area at approximately 9 a.m. and are currently detained at Blanchardstown, Finglas, and Cabra Garda Stations under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act, 1939.

The 4 range in ages from late 20's, mid 30's to mid 40's.


There were 4 persons previously arrested in March, 2009 and no-one has been charged to date in relation to this murder.

Gardaí at Finglas are investigating a fatal shooting at Coldwinters, North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 at approximately 5.10pm yesterday evening (20/1/09) .Gardaí arrived on the scene and discovered a badly injured man been attended to by Ambulance crew, this man was taken to the Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown but was pronounced dead a short time later.

The deceased man is believed to be in his mid 30's. The scene has been sealed off pending a full Garda technical examination and a major investigation is under way.
