Fatal hit and run in Offaly - Male released

Male released from custody

A man in his 50's detained in relation to a fatal hit and run collision at Killeigh, Tullamore on the 2nd of June 2012, has this afternoon been released without charge. 

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
