Death of a man in the Phoenix Park, Dublin on the 7/7/12

Gardaí at Blanchardstown Garda Station are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in his early 20's, on the 7th of July 2012.

At approximately 7pm yesterday evening a man attending a music event in Phoenix Park became ill and sought medical attention from staff at the concert venue. He was removed by ambulance to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown where he was later pronounced dead.

Gardaí have not been able to identify this man and are asking family and friends to check that loved ones have arrived home safely from the event.
