Update - Eamon Kelly Murder Investigation - Six persons arrested 8th December 2012

A male and a female who had been detained at Clontarf Garda Station were released without charge late last night.

A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

4 people remain in custody, 3 males and 1 female.

Gardaí investigating the murder of Eamon Kelly on Tuesday 4th December 2012 have arrested six people in connection with this investigation.

The six (4 males & 2 females/ Age range early 40’s to mid 20’s)  were arrested in the Dublin area this morning (Saturday 8th December 2012) and are detained in Coolock/ Ballymun and Raheny Garda Stations under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939.

Investigations are continuing.
