Gardai in Tuam are appealing for witnesses who may have witnessed the activities of a blue Volvo motor car, which may have been bearing an 08 or 09 registration number, between the hours of 7pm and 9pm on Thursday evening the 6/12/12 in the area of South Mayo or North Galway.
At approx 9.30pm on the 6th Dec a blue Volvo motor car matching this description was subsequently found crashed at Bellmont, Milltown, Co. Galway. Two individuals were arrested at the scene and taken to Galway University Hospital where their injuries are not believed to be life threatening and Gardai are appealing for witnesses who may have seen 2/3 individuals leaving the scene on foot.
