Gardai in Store Street are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Parnell Square West near the junction with Parnell Street at approximately 12.15am on the 18/12/12.
A male pedestrian in his 50’s was seriously injured when he was struck by two cars, he was taken to The Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The drivers of the two cars were uninjured.
The Road was closed for a time to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision investigators but has since reopened.
