The 44 year old man being detained by Gardaí as part of the investigation into the murder of David Black in Lurgan, Co. Armagh on the 1st November 2012.
Is due to appear before the Special Criminal Court, CCJ, Park Gate Street, this afternoon 20th December 2012 at 1pm.

Gardai attached to the Special Detective Unit in Harcourt Square, Dublin 2 arrested two people (male 44yrs & a female 31yrs) in Dublin this morning, the 18/11/12.It is as part of the investigation into the murder of David Black in Lurgan, Co Armagh on the 1st November 2012.
The two arrested persons are being detained under the provisions of section 30 Offences of the State Act 1939 as amended at Ballymun Garda station
