Shots fired at a house in Clara, Offaly on the 25/8/12

Gardai at Tullamore are investigating an incident of shots fired at a house in Heather Grove, Clara, Co Offaly on 25th August, 2012.

At approximately 2.15am shots were fired through the front door. There were a number of persons in the house at the time but no injuries were sustained during the attack.

The scene is preserved pending a full technical examination.

Gardai are appealing for anyone in the Heather Grove area between 1.30am and 3am to contact Tullamore Garda Station 057 9327052 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
