Mullingar Assault on the 14/8/12 - Court Appearance

A man in his late teens will appear at Cavan District Court this morning, the 15th August 2012 at 10.30a.m. charged in relation to the serious assault in Mullingar in the early hours of the 14th August 2012.

The second man who was in custody in relation to this assault has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
