Gardaí in Galway are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man found on the beach at Tra Dhireain Huston, Lettermullen, Co Galway on Thursday 16th August 2012.
The body was discovered by a member of the public at approximately 2.40pm on the 16/8/12. It appears from initial investigations that the body may have been in the water for a numbers of days.
The man is described as being 6’ 2” approximately, medium to strong build. He was wearing a "Ralph Lauren” dark blue and white check shirt (large), blue jeans (Primark make), "Nike” grey and blue runners (size 10) and grey/ black socks.
The body was removed to the University Hospital Galway for a full Post Mortem examination.
