Gardaí at Boyle Co Roscommon are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the Frenchpark to Boyle Road (R361) at approximately 1.20am this morning (19/8/12)
A 17 year old male passenger was fatally injured when the car he was travelling in collided with a ditch. Four other males including the driver all in their late teens received minor injuries.
This stretch of road is currently closed pending the completion of an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
