Fatal road traffic collision at Amiens Street, Dublin 1 on the 4/4/12

Gardaí in Store Street are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision at Amiens Street, Dublin 1.

The collision occurred at approximately 1.15am this morning (4/4/12) involving a car and a 56 year old male pedestrian.  The male pedestrian was fatally injured.

 
The road is partially closed pending a Garda Forensic Examination.
