The male in his 50s who was detained at Buncrana Garda Station in relation to the murder of Andrew Allen on the 9th of February 2012 has been released without charge this morning.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardaí investigating the murder of Andrew Allen on the 9th of February 2012 at Links View Park, Buncrana, Co Donegal, have arrested a man.
The man who is in his 50s and from Northern Ireland, was arrested this morning in Co Donegal and is detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Buncrana Garda Station.
