A car and a SUV were in collision.
Gardai at Killarney, Co. Kerry are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 7.15 am today - Friday, 9th October 2009 on the N22 which is the Main Road between Cork and Killarney near the village of Glenflesk.
A car and a SUV were in collision. The 35 year old male driver and only occupant of the car died at the scene. The male driver and only occupant of the SUV has received serious injuries.
The road is currently closed to facilitate a forensic collision investigation.
