Frances was last seen in Blanchardstown on the 1/11/09 at approximately 5.30pm. Frances is described as being 5’4 inches in height and slight to medium build. She was last seen wearing Green hooded rain coat, purple velvet tracksuit bottom, black shoes and carrying a black handbag. Her family are concerned for her safety.
