Fatal Road Traffic Collision Limerick

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the Dooradoyle Road, in Limerick on the 18th of January 2009 at about 2.15 a.m.

 

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the Dooradoyle Road, in  Limerick on the 18th of January 2009 at about 2.15 a.m.

 

One man, the driver aged 23 years , was killed and two others seriously injured, when the silver BMW car they were travelling in crashed into an entrance pillar.

 

The injured men are both in their late teens and were taken by ambulance to the Mid Western Regional Hospital.

 

The road at the scene of the crash is now open.

 

Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them at Roxboro Road Garda Station on 061 214340.
