Cronin and Maloney Murders - Update.

Four of the five people arrested in relation to the murder investigation into the deaths of Michael Cronin and James Maloney have been released without charge.

One male remains in custody in Store Street Garda Station.

 

A file will be preapared for The Director of Public Prosecutions with regards to those released.

Gardaí investigating the murders of Michael Cronin and James Maloney in Summerhill, Dublin 1 earlier this month have this morning (15/1/09) arrested five people in connection with this investigation.

All five (3 females & 2 males) were arrested in the North Inner City of Dublin and are detained at the Bridewell, Coolock, Store Street and Mountjoy Garda Station’s under Section 30 Offences Against The State Act.
