Shooting of Derek Duffy, murdered on the 23/9/07 - Arrests

Gardai at Finglas, Dublin investigating the fatal shooting of Derek Duffy have arrested a man in connection with this investigation.

 

Gardai at Finglas, Dublin investigating the fatal shooting of 36 year old Derek Duffy at Casement Park, Finglas at approximately 4am on the 23rd September 2007 have arrested a man in connection with this investigation.

The 27 year old man was arrested last night (19/2/2009) in Dublin city centre and is currently detained at Finglas Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
