Murder of Brian McGrath in 1998 - Arrest.

A man will appear in Athlone District Court.

 

A 46 year old man will appear in Athlone District Court tomorrow morning the 6th of February charged in relation with the death of 43 year old Brian McGrath in Co Westmeath twenty one years ago.

The investigation carried out by local Gardai and Gardai from the Serious Crime Review Team, lead to the arrest of a man this evening 5th of February at Dublin Airport. He is detained at Mullingar Garda Station.
