Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at a roundabout on the N7 near Enfield, Co.Meath.
Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at a roundabout on the N7 near Enfield, Co.Meath at 6.40 a.m on the 23rd of February. A Bus Eireann bus was in collision with an SUV.
The 37 year old driver on the SUV was fatally injured in the crash. A female passenger, in her 30's, received minor injuries. The driver of the bus, a man in his 30's, was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown he is not thought to be seriously injured.
The body of the the deceased was taken to Nass General Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
The road at the scene of the crash will be closed until this afternoon, to allow the area be examined by Garda forensic collision investigators.
