Gardai in Bruff, Co. Limerick are investigating a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the 9th February 2009 at Newtown, Bruff, Co. Limerick.
The 34 year old male who died following Monday's road traffic collision in Bruff (previous release 161/09 below refers) has been named as Jude Higgins of Ballincronna, Knocklong, Co. Limerick.

Gardai in Bruff, Co. Limerick are investigating a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred shortly after 6pm yesterday – 9th February 2009 at Newtown, Bruff, Co. Limerick.
3 men were brought to Limerick Regional Hospital after the van in which they were travelling was involved in a collision with a truck.
One of the men, a 34 year old who had been a passenger in the van was pronounced dead at approximately 5pm this evening.
The truck driver who was the sole occupant of the vehicle was not injured.
