Gardai at Ballinasloe, Co. Galway are investigating a two vehicle Fatal Road Traffic Collision on the Loughrea to Ballinsloe road (N6) near Aughrim, Galway.
Gardai at Ballinasloe, Co. Galway are investigating a two vehicle Fatal Road Traffic Collision that occurred shortly before 7pm on the 9/02/09 on the Loughrea to Ballinsloe road (N6) near Aughrim, Galway.
The collision occurred between a car and a bus and resulted in the driver of the car along with a passenger in car being fatally injured. Both are male and in their 30’s.
Three other passengers in the car were taken to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe. Neither the driver nor the passengers on the bus were injured.
The road is currently down to one lane and Garda Forensic Collision Investigators will continue to examine the scene this morning.
