Firearm seized and arrests at Navan, Meath on the 23/12/09

Gardai from Navan, Co. Meath have arrested three men and recovered a firearm following an operation today, the 23/12/09.

The three men (31yrs, 31yrs & 34yrs) were arrested at approximately 10am this morning (23/12/09) at Alexander Road, Navan.
 

A firearm was also recovered.  All three men were arrested under Section 30 Offences Against The State Act and are currently detained at Navan, Trim and Kells Garda Stations.
 

Investigations are continuing.
