Death of David Whyte in Palmerstown, Dublin on the 26/9/09 - Court appearance

A man in his mid 40's was arrested today, the 16/12/09 in the Lucan area.

He was arrested in connection with the death of David Whyte in Palmerstown, Dublin 20 on 26/9/2008.

The man was brought to Clondalkin Garda Station where he was charged.  He will appear at the New Court House, Parkgate Street before Court No. 4 tomorrow, the 17th December 2009 at 10.30am.

Gardai at Ballyfermot investigating the death in Palmerstown on Friday, the 26/09/08 have named the male discovered as David Whyte, New Cabra Road, Dublin, aged 35 years.

Gardai at Ballyfermot are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body of a male in his 40's in grounds off Mill Lane, Palmerstown Dublin 20, shortly after 5pm this evening, the 26/09/08.

The scene has been preserved for technical examination and the State Pathologist's office has been notified.

The investigation into the circumstances of the death is continuing and any updates will be issues.
