The male was charged in relation to the above investigation he will appear in Court.
The Gardai can now confirm that the male arrested in connection with the death of Frances Henegan on the 12th August 2009 and subsequently charged in connection with this incident will appear before Swinford District Court at 10.30am on Saturday, the 15th August 2009.
Gardai at Swinford investigating the murder if Frances Heneghan on the 12 August 2009, arrested a 23 year old male on the 13th August 2009 at 11.30am in Co. Mayo. The male was this evening (14th August 2009) charged in relation to the above investigation he will appear in Court tomorrow.
