As part of the on-going Garda and HSA investigation into the death of two Firemen in Bray on the 26th September 2007, Gardaí at Bray have this morning arrested a male in his 40’s.
The man arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of two Firemen in Bray on the 26th September 2007 was last night (19/9/08) released without charge and a file will be prepared for the DPP.

As part of the on-going Garda and HSA investigation into the death of two Firemen in Bray on the 26th September 2007, Gardaí at Bray have this morning arrested a male in his 40’s under the provisions of Section 13 of the Non-Fatal Offences against the Persons Act 1997 – Reckless Endangerment.
He is currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Bray Garda Station.
