Gardai from Monaghan Garda Station are investigating a single vehicle fatal road collision at Drumbear, Monaghan

 

The name of the male who died in yesterday evening's fatal road collision at Drumbear, Monaghan is David Carolan, 30 years, from Billisnewins, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan.

Gardai from Monaghan Garda Station are investigating a single vehicle fatal road collision which happened yesterday evening, the 23rd March, 2008 at 5.15 p.m. at Drumbear, Monaghan.   

A male aged 30 years was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was driving hit a wall.

No other vehicle was involved.  

He was pronounced dead at the scene and has been removed to Monaghan General Hospital.   

Any person who may have witnessed this accident is asked to contact Monaghan Gardai on 047 - 77200.
