Drug seizure at Clondalkin, Dublin on the 17/3/08.

Estimated value of the drugs seized pending analysis is €1.5 million.

Gardai from the Garda National Drugs Unit and the Drug Unit at Clondalkin Garda Station have seized 22 kilo's of cocaine along with mixing agent, a drug pressing machine and other drug items following the search of a house in the Clondalkin area this afternoon.

A male and a female (both aged 23 years) have been arrested and both are detained under the provisions of Section 2 Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act at Clondalkin Garda Station.

The estimated value of the drugs seized pending analysis is €1.5 million.
