Gardai in Leixlip are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Kellystown Road, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
The 39 year old man who died in the fatal collision in Leixlip (previous release 767/08 below refers) has been named as Damien O'Connor of Glendale Meadows, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

Gardai in Leixlip are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Kellystown Road, Leixlip, Co. Kildare at approximately 4.30pm this evening - 20th June 2008.
An 39 year old male motorcyclist received fatal injuries when the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a car.
There were no other injuries. The man was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
