Garda at Kells Garda Station are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Millbrook, Oldcastle, Co. Meath.
Gardai at Kells have named the man killed in a crash on the 9th of January near Oldcastle, Co. Meath as 63 year old Norbert Gibney of Green Street, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath

Garda at Kells Garda Station are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Millbrook, Oldcastle, Co. Meath on the 9th of January 2008 at 7.30a.m. A 63 year old man was fatally injured when he was struck by a truck.
It is not known if a bicycle found at the scene was being ridden by the man prior to the crash. The man was pronounced dead on arrival at Our Lady's Hospital Navan.
Gardai at Kells would like anyone who witnessed the above collision or was in the area between 7 and 7.30 am to contact them on 046 9280820.
