Gardaí at Sligo are investigating a serious assault that occurred at Rusheen Ard, Caltragh, Sligo.
Gardaí at Sligo are investigating a serious assault that occurred at Rusheen Ard, Caltragh, on the 15/2/08.
A 22 year old man received stab wounds during the course of an assault and is in a stable condition in Sligo General Hospital at the moment.
He had been found lying in the driveway of a house at Rusheen Ard.
Gardaí were alerted to the call by ambulance control.
A 21 year old man has been arrested and is presently in custody in Sligo Garda Station under Section 4 of The Criminal Justice Act.
