Gardaí at Galway are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 20 year old Michael Hughes from Ferragh, Killoe, Co. Longford.
Michael was last seen on Eyre Square in Galway at approximately 1.45am on Wednesday the 20th February 2008. He had been in Galway for a few days with friends and had been socialising in the college bar at NUIG before he wast last seen.
Michael is a student at the University of Limerick.
He is described as being 5'10'' in height, slight build with brown hair that has blonde streaks. He has blue/grey eyes.
When last seen he was wearing blue jeans, grey converse runners, a grey/green khaki jacket and a beige baseball cap bearing the NY logo.
There is no photograph available at present but we do hope to have one by tomorrow.
