Fatal road traffic collision - Pedestrian struck by Luas on the 23/2/08

Garda at Tallaght are investigating a fatal crash at Cookstown Way, Tallaght a pedestrian was seriously injured when he was struck by a Luas.

 

Garda at Tallaght are investigating a fatal crash at Cookstown Way, Tallaght on the 23rd of February 2008 at 19.40. 

A pedestrian in his late 50's was seriously injured when he was struck by a Luas. 

The man was taken to Tallaght Hospital with serious head injuries and he died on the morning of the 24th of February. 

The deceased who is from Tallaght, will not be named until all family members have been notified.
