Drug seizure in Swords - 13/12/08

Following a joint operation between The Garda National Drugs Unit and the Revenue's Customs Service a quantity of Cocaine was seized in Swords, Co Dublin this afternoon (13/12/08).

Following a joint operation between The Garda National Drugs Unit and the Revenue's Customs Service a quantity of Cocaine was seized in Swords, Co Dublin this afternoon (13/12/08).

The Cocaine has a potential street value of €150,000 (Subject to analysis)

A 40 year old (male) non-national has been arrested and is currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 2 Drug Trafficking Act.
