Gardai at Rathcoole, Co Dublin are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred last night 12th August 2008 at approx 11.10pm on the Lyons Road, Newcastle Co Dublin.
A 16year old male passenger was killed and the driver (male) seriously injured when their car hit a wall. The injured man was removed to Tallaght Hospital.
The road is currently closed pending a Garda investigation.
