The 46 year old man arrested in Limerick on the 10/308 has been charged and will appear before a special sitting of Limerick District Court at 8pm on the 11/3/08.

As part of ongoing operations investigating serious crime in Limerick, the Emergency Response Unit working with local Gardai arrested a 46 year old man in the city, shortly before 11pm on the 10th of April 2008.
A Taser was deployed during the course of the arrest and an automatic pistol and two magazines were recovered.
The man is currently detained at Henry Street Garda Station under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
