Arrest following helicopter crash in Longford on the 15/7/15

Gardai in Longford investigating the circumstances of an incident in which a helicopter crash landed next to a public house in Abbeyshrule last night have arrested a male in his early 60’s in Dublin this evening.

The male is currently detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Longford Garda Station.
