Robbery and arrests at Enfield, Meath on the 22/4/15

Gardai investigating a robbery at a supermarket in Enfield Co. Meath at 9.40pm on 22nd April 2015 have arrested two people.

A man wearing gloves, a balaclava with a grey hoodie and armed with appeared to be a handgun, entered the store and forced a staff member to open up the tills where he proceeded to take the cash. No staff member or customers were injured.

Approximately two hours later Gardaí in Finglas a silver Ford Focus on the N2 Finglas Road. A man and a woman in her 40's were arrested. A quantity of cash was also recovered. They are detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 at Trim and Kells Garda Stations.
