To appear at a special sitting of Galway District Court at 10.30am - 29th July 2009.
The 27 year old man who was being detained in Galway Garda Station in connection with the murder of Kieran Cunningham (previous release below refers) is due to appear at a special sitting of Galway District Court at 10.30am tomorrow morning - 29th July 2009, to be charged in relation to the incident.

Gardai at Galway investigating the murder of Kieran Cunningham on the 3rd of June 2009 have this evening arrested a 27 year old male in the Dublin area in connection with this incident.
He is currently detained at Galway Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
