Bernie went missing from Daneswood House, Ballymun Road at approximately 2.30pm on Sunday 19th August 2007 and has not been seen since.
She is described as being 5ft tall with blonde hair and she wears glasses. When last seen she was wearing a pink jacket, pink top, pink shoes and black pants. A photograph is available on request (please e-mail in requests).
