Court Appearance - Fatal House Fire in Cork on the 17/2/13

The man arrested in relation to the fatal fire at Passage West on the 17th February 2013 is due to appear at Cork City Court this morning charged with Murder.

Gardai in Cork have arrested a man in his mid 30s late last night Sunday 17th February, 2013 following the discovery of a body of a woman in a house fire at Pembroke Crescent, Passage West yesterday morning 17th February, 2013.

The man is currently detained at Togher Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
