Using this online declaration allows you to print a copy of the details for your records and submit the declaration to An Garda Síochána. You can use this service to notify An Garda Síochána of the theft of property to a value not exceeding €500.

NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE DECLARATION IF:

The incident is happening now
An offender is still at the scene or nearby
Evidence has been left at the scene

For a theft of property exceeding the value of €500 and all other incidents please contact your local Garda Station. Alternatively you may print the Incident Report and bring it to your local Garda Station.
