Court Appearance - Fatal Assault in Togher, Cork on the 27/12/11
Gardai in Togher have arrested two men in their late 40's in relation to the murder of Gerard Delaney (51 years) of Mahon, Co. Cork
who was fatally assaulted in the early hours of 27th December 2011 in a public house on Lower Friars Walk, Ballyphehane.
Both men will be charged in relation to an incident inside the public house and they will appear before Cork District Court this morning, the 14th December, 2012.
