Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a traffic collision in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, on the 4th September 2014.
At approximately 1.40pm a 6-year-old male pedestrian was seriously injured when he was struck by a car on Cross Avenue, Blackrock. He was taken by ambulance to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin, and later removed to Temple Street Children’s Hospital where he is continuing to receive treatment. The driver of the car was uninjured.
Investigating Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, and in particular to motorists who were travelling on Cross Ave. between 1.30pm and 1.40pm yesterday afternoon (4/9/2014), to contact them.
