Special sitting of Ennis District Court on the 31st July 2009.
The 24 year old man who was being detained in Kilrush Garda Station in relation to the discovery of a man’s body at O’Gorman Street, Kilrush on the morning of 29th July 2009 is due to appear in a special sitting of Ennis District Court at 2.30pm today - 31st July 2009 to be charged in relation to the incident.

Gardai in Kilrush Co. Clare are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man’s body at O’Gorman Street, Kilrush at approximately 10.30am this morning 29th July 2009.
The discovery was made in the garden of a house. The scene has been sealed pending a Garda technical examination and the State Pathologist’s office has been notified.
